ZorbePrivacy & data policy
The short version: we don't store your prompts. Zorbe sits in front of your model providers, optimises each request, and forwards it on. Prompt and response content is processed in transit and is never saved to our analytics or audit systems. We record what we did and what it cost — not what you said.

- Customers — the companies that route traffic through Zorbe.
- End users — the people whose requests flow through a customer's workloads.
What we process vs. what we keep
Processed in transit, never stored. Prompts, system instructions, conversation history, retrieved context, and model responses are handled in memory to fulfil the request and then forwarded to the provider. They are not written to disk by our analytics or audit layers.
Kept as metadata. To show your savings, enforce policy, and bill correctly, we keep data about each request: request ID, tenant and workload, timestamp, model requested vs. served, token counts, cost and dollars saved, latency, which optimisations fired, and the routing decision applied.
Keys & credentials
API keys are stored as one-way hashes, and provider credentials are encrypted at rest. A database leak yields no usable keys.
Sub-processors
We route your requests to the model providers you choose (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others) and use standard cloud infrastructure to run the service. Providers process your content only to return a response.
Retention & deletion
Request metadata is retained for as long as your account is active and for a limited window afterward for billing and audit. Email us to request export or deletion of your data.
Security
Multi-tenant isolation on every query, role-based access control, encryption in transit and at rest, PII redaction, data-residency enforcement, and a tamper-evident, hash-chained audit log. Report a vulnerability at admin@zorbe.ai.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and ask how it's processed. We support GDPR and CCPA requests. To exercise any of these, email us.
